-jar of pineapple in water
-Trader Joes Island Soyaki sauce
-low-sodium veggie (or chicken) broth

Prepare:
-Drain the pineapple and place on paper towels to soak up remaining moisture. Set aside
-Lightly coat the bottom of your fry pan with about ½ a cup of the veggie broth and 3-5 T of the soyaki sauce and turn on medium heat
-add in the stir-fry veggie mix and cook for 5 minutes
-add in the chicken and pineapple and heat for about 4-5 minutes until chicken is heated through

You can also cook fresh veggies up   instead of using a pre-packaged mix. Bell peppers, garlic and sweet onions go really well together.
