Crock-Pot Pulled Chicken

Takes: 5 minutes to get started


-4-6 chicken breasts, trimmed of fat and chopped into quarters

-Two jars of salsa, your preference (I like chunky salsa)

-3-5 cloves of garlic to taste


-Put salsa in the bottom of the crock-pot and then add the chicken breasts.

-Cook on low for 8 hours. –Pull chicken apart before serving. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days or frozen after that point for 3 months
