Need:
-Pre-cooked frozen or refrigerated chicken strips
-frozen stir fry veggie mix (bell peppers, broccoli, onions, ect)
-jar of pineapple in water
-Trader Joes Island Soyaki sauce
-low-sodium veggie (or chicken) broth
Prepare:
-Drain the pineapple and place on paper towels to soak up remaining moisture. Set aside
-Lightly coat the bottom of your fry pan with about ½ a cup of the veggie broth and 3-5 T of the soyaki sauce and turn on medium heat
-add in the stir-fry veggie mix and cook for 5 minutes
-add in the chicken and pineapple and heat for about 4-5 minutes until chicken is heated through
